Let’s Connect in 2023!

Whether you can contribute towards our end-of-year fundraising goal or not, we wanted to share with you the many ways we can connect in the new year!

Did you know we have volunteer and internship opportunities, or that our Coordinating Panel (BoD) is looking for new members?

Get us on your 2023 schedule! We offer trainings, workshops, and topic-driven education sessions for groups, businesses, and organizations wishing to create nonviolent and inclusive community spaces. Topics are adapted to the needs of your audience and include:

  • DV 101

  • Healthy Relationships

  • LGBTQ+ Cultural Competency

  • Racial Equity / Diversity Training / Cultural Competency

  • Conflict Resolution

  • Nonviolent Parenting

  • Bullying & Youth Power Dynamics

  • Teen Dating Violence

Your everyday purchases can make a difference! All you need to do is link the Center for Nonviolence as your nonprofit of choice thru the Kroger Community Rewards program. Once you choose us, Kroger kicks back a portion of their profits to our organization.

Give and get back!

A donation of $5 or $10 a month really adds up by the end of even just one year. Those who sign up to be monthly donors will receive access to our brand-new #GrowTogetherKit. The kit is a resource of regularly updated, exclusive digital content— curated by us to help YOU grow nonviolence in yourself, your home, & our shared communities. Visit our donation page, choose whatever amount works for you, and select monthly donation. Once we receive your email address alongside your first month’s gift, we’ll shoot ya over a link to the kit.

The Center has been awarded state tax credits through the Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP). The purchase of NAP credits allows you to deduct 50% of your donation on your Indiana state taxes. This is independent from, and in addition to, any federal tax deduction you take. A donation of $100 or more qualifies. Credits for the current year are available starting July 1st- they are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. Let us know if you’d like more information.
