Prevention & Youth Services
For over 30 years, we have been providing high quality, trauma-informed care to youth in our community. Through a series of safe, fun, interactive activities, our transformative youth programs promote critical thinking, self-reflection, problem-solving, decision-making, compassion and respect for self and others, and personal accountability. Youth learn how to challenge the social norms that fuel violence, which lays the foundation for change in our communities.
Over the years, we have served youth at…
Fairfield Elementary
Levan R. Scott Academy
Study Elementary
Bloomingdale Elementary
Towles Elementary
Irwin Elementary
Adams Elementary
Lakeside Middle School
McMillen Park Community Center
Curriculum topics include:
Building pro-social skills
Developing nonviolent leadership skills
Resolving conflicts nonviolently

FACES Nonviolent Leadership
Since 2010, our school and community-based FACES Nonviolent Leadership Program has been the leading youth violence prevention program in Allen County.
FACES challenges the perception of who is or isn’t a leader by working with youth who are struggling to demonstrate positive leadership skills, inspiring them to develop the leader within by becoming positive, nonviolent role models at school and home.

Youth Support
Modeled after our FACES Nonviolent Leadership Program, our youth support program provides a safe and nurturing environment for youth whose parents or guardians attend our weekly support groups.
